A Whole New World

Bonjour! We are sitting in Hector International Airport anxiously awaiting our delayed transportation to Chicago O'Hare. Going from one windy city to the next! For the next 5 weeks we will be traveling abroad throughout Europe, and documenting sights and scenery as we go... 3 hours later we have arrived in Chicago, had some grub, and cannot wait to be in Belgium! But back to the reason why we're traveling for 5 weeks during the middle of fall semester to many of the countries on the map above, that reason being that The Center for Global Initiatives has made this all possible for us and YOU too are able to embark on the trip of a lifetime across Europe through NDSU CGI.  Europe is not the only continent you have to choose from either, the opportunites are endless. If you have somewhere you'd like to go in mind, CGI will work with you to take you there.  We are now in Belgium, cannot wait to share more as the days pass.

These are just some of the many great places we are lucky enough to visit during our 5 weeks here:
  • Germany- Trier
  • France- Paris, The Seine River, Strasbourg
  • England- London
  • Scotland- Edinburgh, Scottish Highlands
  • Switzerland- Interlaken, Grindelwald
  • Luxembourg- Luxembourg City, Hamm
  • Belgium- Brussels, Antwerp, Bruges, Damme
  • Ireland- Belfast, Dublin, Killarney
